Uno esta sellado tortalmente nuevo. Y el otro tiene 3 dias de uso como nuevo en su caja con todos los accesorios. Ambos incluyen pasta termica como plus que dicho de paso la mayoria de Coolers Performance la traen. El que esta usado lo probe con un sistema AMD y pues mantiene bajisimas las temperaturas. Por ejemplo a 3.6Ghz en un Callisto no pasa de 33c en IDLE y en LOAD no pasa de 37-40c jugando, descomprimiendo o instalando algun programa. Super efectivo, dejo el screenshot respectivo:
